Fried Chicken Legs with Green Beans & Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Instructions
For the chicken
Step 1
Cover the chicken with flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt & pepper. LEAVE SKIN, DONT PEEL IT OFF!
Step 2
Heat lots of oil in pan!
Step 3
Fry chicken legs and turn every so often (5min). Make sure they don't burn !
Step 4
Poke inside to ensure no pink! Set aside on top of a paper towel to rest.
For the greens beans
Step 5
Wash/rinse fresh green beans. Cut stems. (If canned, remove from can, wash)
Step 6
In a small pot, Sautee bacon, onion for a few min.
Step 7
Add a small amount of water to pot (enough for steaming green beans). Add green beans.
Step 8
Simmer until greens beans are nice and tender.
For garlic mashed potatoes
Step 9
Wash/rinse potatoes. Boil in water until tender.
Step 10
Remove water and add heavy cream, garlic, butter.
