Super simple but way better than the store bought: fresh guacamole 🥑 can be served as a side to endless dishes or enjoyed as a dip alone.

Instructions

Step 1
Fine-mince garlic and sit in lime juice while other ingredients are prepped.
Step 2
De-seed and small-dice 1 jalapeño. Add into bowl.
Step 3
Dice avocados 🥑 and add into mixture. Roughly smash with a fork leaving somewhat chunky.
Step 4
Add in minced cilantro and diced tomato.
Step 5
Stir in well and season with salt and pepper.
