1 lblean ground beef
uncooked, 95 to 97%, cooked Lean
1 tspgarlic powder
¾ tspsalt
¼ tspblack pepper
1 tspdried oregano leaves
1 tspdried basil leaves
2 cupsfresh cauliflower
roughly chopped
¼ cupparmesan cheese
fresh grated
2 cupsmarinara sauce
approved, I use 1/2 this amount and add another green of salad in here, Another option would be a serving of spaghetti squash
1 ½ cupsreduced fat shredded mozzarella cheese
2 ozturkey pepperoni slices

Instructions
Step 1
Over medium high heat, cook ground beef in a large skillet. Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Drain grease. Remove from heat.
Step 2
Add dried oregano, dried basil, cauliflower, parmesan cheese, marinara sauce and 1 oz of turkey pepperoni that has been cut into fourths to the ground beef until combined. Pour into a slow cooker that has been sprayed lightly with cooking spray.
Step 3
Cook on LOW for 4 to 5 hours. Or high for 3.
Step 4
Top with mozzarella cheese and additional 1 ounce of turkey pepperoni. Cook for an additional 30 min on HIGH or until cheese has melted.
Step 5
*this can also be done in the oven steam the cauliflower for maybe 3 min (I like my veggies crispier so if baking instead of slow cooking I cook for 1 minute or not at all before baking). Drain. Mixed together and baked for 25 min at 350
