Instructions

Step 1
1. Making the batter, in a bowl mix the 4 eggs, flour, milk and salt until a smooth runny consistency
Step 2
2. Leave to rest for 20 minutes, whilst waiting drop a small amount (about half a cm in depth) of oil in each section of the tray that you are going to use and pop in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 to heat the oil ready for the batter
Step 3
3. When the oil is ready just give the batter a quick whisp to get a bit of air into it and then pour into an easy pouring jug ready for the main event
Step 4
4. Lets go…. This has to be done as quick and as safe as possible…. Get the tray with hot oil out of the oven and pour an even amount of batter in each section, you should see it starting to bubble straight away… get back in the oven and shut the door quickly
Step 5
5. I always have my tray on the bottom rack of the oven, DON’T open the door for atleast 25 minutes. (opening during to cause the Yorkshires to sag)
Step 6
6. Hope fully after 25 minutes open the oven and there will be your Yorkshire puddings ready to serve up for your roast
Step 7
7. Enjoy
