40Chicken drums and flats
tapiocca flour
tapioca flour
grape seed oil
grapeseed oil

Instructions

Step 1
If needed separate wings into drums and flats. Preheat oven on broil to 475 F. Coat liberally in tapioca flour by shaking in a ziplock bag. Place on tray with parchment paper. Spray with grape seed oil. Flip. Spray other side. Season with salt and pepper or your favorite seasoning (we like killer hogs THE BBQ RUB). Place on bottom rack - cook 15 minutes, flip wings, cook 15 more or until golden brown and crispy. Toss in favorite sauce and enjoy!
