0.5 blocksoft tofu

0.5asian cabbage
shredded

1carrot
shredded

3green onions
chopped

1 Tbsptoasted sesame oil

1 Tbsplow sodium soy sauce

3garlic cloves
crushed

2 tspgrated ginger

salt

pepper
dipping sauce
Instructions
Step 1
in a bowl, add all the filling ingredients and mash the tofu in untill combined
Step 2
soak the rice paper in warm water for 10 second untill soft. place filling in the middle. bring the top flap down, right and left side, bottom flap up. double layer it so it doesn't break when cooking.
Step 3
over medium heat, add oil to coat the pan. cook on each side untill golden brown. if it sticks just leave it, it will eventually unstick itself.
Step 4
serve with the sauce.
