6 steps
Prep:10minCook:20min
I’ve been making different versions of this super easy plant based recipe ever since it started trending last year. I honestly think I prefer rice paper dumplings to regular dumplings 👀 a food trend you need to get around
You can fill rice paper dumplings with anything and I swear they will taste good. I’ve even seen people fill them with sweet stuff!

Instructions
Step 1
Mix together everything except for for rice paper and oil
Step 2
Dip one rice paper sheet in water for 5 seconds, scoop a heaped desert spoon of mixture into the middle of the sheet then fold as seen in the video
Step 3
Get another rice paper sheet, dip in water again and then wrap up again over the dumpling - make sure to flip the dumpling over so each side is wrapped equally
Step 4
Repeat until you’ve used all the mixture
Step 5
Bring a non stock pan to medium/high heat and fry on each side until crispy
Step 6
Serve with your fave umami sauce! I love it with extra tamari, chilli oil and kewpie ❤️
