¼ cupwhole milk

Instructions
Step 1
steam topping ingredients for 12 minutes
Step 2
sprinkle salt to taste

add milk and ghee and mash until slightly lumpy
For the Gravy/Meat mix
Step 4
heat pan on medium low. melt ghee in large skillet, add scallions and chives, sprinkle with salt and pepper, cook for 5-10 minutes

Add tomato paste, let brown in pan for 1-2 mins
Step 6
add flour, warm for 1m
Step 7
add sherry, deglaze pan (scrape bits and mix together for 2-3 mins
Step 8
add chicken stock and worcestershire sauce, mix, simmer until reduced to a thick gravy
Step 9
add turkey and cook until browned
Bake
Step 10
in a preheated oven (400 deg) cook for 25 minutes until bubbling hot
