Step 1
-Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend on high. If you prefer a chunky sauce, blend for less time. If you prefer a smooth sauce, blend for at least one minute.
-Place ingredients into a pot and simmer on medium heat, covered, for 15 minutes, stirring every few. -Cool completely and serve. It's that easy.
-This can be made up to two weeks in advance and kept in an air tight container
