Step 1
Cut tofu into cubes. In a medium sized bowl add soy sauce, water, brown sugar, garlic and ginger. Whisk together.
Step 2
Add tofu, cover and marinate for 20 minutes.
Step 3
Preheat air fryer for 400F. Add tofu and cook for 10 minutes.
