Instructions
Step 1
Boil eggs and separate yolks from whites.

Step 2
Put yolks in bowl, add mayonnaise. Whisk with fork until smooth.

Step 3
Add minced pickles. (suggestion: drain liquid from pickles)

Step 4
Add mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper.




Step 5
Chop egg whites to desired size. Add to bowl. Add optional herbs & spices.



Step 6
Slap onto sourdough bread and enjoy.
