Instructions

Step 1
Begin by spreading a thin layer of mayonnaise to both pieces of the bread.

Next, stack 4 ham slices on one of the bread pieces.

Add a handful of shredded mozzarella cheese on top.

Press down firmly with the other slice.

In a bowl, crack and egg and whisk. Dunk the sandwich and make sure each side gets soaked evenly.

On medium heat, add a knob of unsalted butter. Spread evenly and then gently place the sandwich.

Flip after 2-3 minutes.
Step 8
Press down with a spatula, and lower heat. Wait until your cheese is fully melted, OR cover with a lid or foil for 30-1 minute.
Step 9
Place onto a plate and spread a generous amount of condensed milk.
