Step 1
Mix everything together. Let sit for an hour. Do multiple sets of stretch & fold 15-30 min apart. Let proof overnight. Shape it in the morning. Cold proof while Dutch oven preheats on 500° for an hour. Bake for 20 min on 450° with lid on & 15 min with lid off.
