Roasted Garlic Habenaro Sriracha Sauce

A super tasty sauce with some heat and a pinch of sweet! Great for sandwiches, burritos, pizza, or even chips!

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Cover cookie sheet in aluminum foil and spray with avocado oil
Step 2
While wearing gloves, cut all peppers in half, remove the stem, scrape out the core, it's okay to leave some seeds. place cut-side-down on cookie sheet.
Step 3
Cut carrot in half and place on cookie sheet
Step 4
Cut onion in half, remove outer skin and place 1 half on the cookie sheet. Store the other half.
Step 5
Add garlic to the cookie sheet, spray all veggies with avocado oil, and roast in the oven for 20 minutes on the lower rack, at 20 minutes flip veggies and cook for another 20-30 minutes until the veggies start to get lightly charred and the garlic has some Carmel color to it, broil at the end if needed. we don't want the veggies to shrivel too much, it's better that they retain fiber.
Step 6
While the veggies are roasting add apple cider vinegar, lime juice, sugar, salt and, seasoning to a blender to marinate.
Step 7
Once veggies are done, remove them from the sheet to cool, once they are cool enough to blend. Blend to desired thickness then enjoy or store!
