Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350-degrees and grease a 9" x 13" baking dish.
Step 2
Add the hash browns, chopped onions, sour cream, 1/2 stick of butter, and the can of cream of chicken soup and mix well.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper, mix well and pour into a 9" x 13" casserole dish.
Step 4
Sprinkle top with cheese and bread crumbs. Drizzle top with 1/2 stick of butter.
Step 5
Bake for 45-minutes or until the top is golden brown.
