Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2
Spray baking dish with cooking spray and add hashbrowns. Sprinkle a little salt and pepper and bake for about 10 – 15 minutes on 350 degrees.
Step 3
Bake on 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned on top. Remove from oven and sprinkle remaining cheese all over the top. Add crushed corn flakes. Then drizzle melted butter all over the top.
Step 4
Return to oven for about 5 minutes (watch carefully so cornflakes do not burn). Pull out of the oven when the cornflakes have browned.
