Ingredients
12 servings

¼ cupbutter

¼ cupap flour

1can evaporated milk

1 ½ cupmilk

1 cupcream

½ teaspoonmustard powder

½ teaspooncayenne

½ teaspoonchicken bouillon powder

1 teaspoononion powder

¾ teaspoongranulated garlic

½ teaspoonblack pepper

½ teaspoonsalt

3 shakeshot sauce
I like Crystal or Louisiana

1 ½ cupshredded sharp cheddar cheese

½ cupamerican cheese
processed, cubed

1 cupshredded monterey jack cheese

¾ cupgruyere cheese

3 cupsmacaroni
medium, cooked and drained
Instructions
Step 1
Add butter and AP flour to a large pot.

Step 2
Add in the evaporated milk, followed by the milk and cream.
Step 3
Toss in your spices.
Step 4
Add half of the cheese to the sauce. Mix.
Step 5
Add in the macaroni to the cheese sauce. Mix well.
Step 6
Oil a casserole dish. Pour in the mac mixture. Add all the extra cheese, leaving some cheddar for the top. Mix the cheeses a bit to evenly distribute. Top with leftover cheddar. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
