Instructions

Step 1
In a bowl whisk together dry - flour, baking soda, baking powder, cream of tartar, cornstarch and salt. Set aside
Step 2
In the bowl of a stand mixer- mix together butter and sugars until fluffy.
Step 3
Add in eggs and vanilla extract.
Step 4
Mix in dry until just combined.
Step 5
Stir in crushed Oreos and white chocolate chips.
Step 6
Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour (I refrigerate for 24 hours before baking)
Step 7
When ready to bake- preheat oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Using a ice cream scoop- scoop dough into 6 balls and place on baking sheet.
Step 9
Bake for 12-15 minutes until bottoms are golden brown. When cookies are still hot, using a circle cookie cutter or mason jar lid go around each cookie to form perfect circles(not a requirement I just enjoy pretty cookies)
Step 10
Sprinkle with pink salt and cool on rack.
