This meal is a combination of a shepherds pie and a turkey dinner leftover casserole. Full of veggies and lean turkey, it's healthy and filling!

Step 1
In a skillet on medium/ high heat cook ground turkey and lightly season to taste. Pour into large baking dish. Dice and boil potatoes, then mash to your preference (you can also use boxed mashed potatoes) and spread on top of ground turkey. Dice remaining veggies and fruit, and mix with small bread pieces. Coat with oil and seasoning. Pour over mashed potatoes. Cover with tin foil and bake at 400° for 35-45 minutes. Serve with cranberry sauce and enjoy!
