Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees
2. In a bowl, combine flour, oil, salt and water (add water slowly until desired consistency is reached) and form the dough
3. Let rise for 15 minutes
4. Peal and cut the potato, boil until tender and mash
5. Dice onion
6. In a frying pan, fry onion and ginger until onion is soft
7. Add chilli, turmeric, coriander, garam masala and salt and pepper and fry until fragrant
8. Add mashed potato and peas
9. Take dough from bowl and put onto a floured surface, knead for 5 minutes
10. Seperate the dough into quarters and roll into a flat square
11. Cut each square in half, spoon in some mixture and fold dough over to cover
12. Repeat this process for all samosas and place on a lined tray
13. Brush with milk and bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping half way
14. Serve
