Garlic soup
I change the spices I use every time I cook it so here is the basic version

Instructions
Step 1
Cut heads off of garlic
Step 2
Cover in olive oil Wrap in foil
Roast for 45 minutes
Do this to 3 heads of garlic
Step 3
Dice half an onion
Step 4
Peal and chop 2-3 potatoes depending on size
Step 5
Add olive oil
Sauté onion
Add salt
Step 6
Add potatoes
Step 7
Add roasted garlic
Step 8
Deglaze with white wine
Let all the alcohol cook off
Give it a stir
Step 9
Add chicken stock
Let simmer
Step 10
Blend it all together
Step 11
Add heavy cream
Step 12
Add parsley
Step 13
Enjoy with any topping you wish
