Instructions

Step 1
Add 1 tablespoon olive oil to the skillet over medium-high heat and add the onion and saute for a few minutes then lower the heat and add the garlic, once the garlic is fragrant add the ginger. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until all has softened.
Step 2
In a large bowl, break up the meat, and add the onion, garlic, and ginger mixture.
Step 3
Add the soy sauce or coconut aminos, chili paste, and basil. Squeeze lime juice in and combine.
Step 4
Make 4 burgers or 6 minis. Spray the grill with cooking spray and grill on medium high heat for about 5-6 minutes on each side or in a skillet same amount of time.

Makes 4 servings
