Step 1
Mix all the ingredients into a bowl.
Step 2
1 package lumpia wrapping paper. Can be found in grocery store or Asian market. Get the thin egg roll wrapper not the thick kind.

Step 4
Put the lumpia filling in a gallon size zip lock bag and cut a corner tip. Pipe the filling along the edge of the lumpia wrapper. Wet the ends of the lumpia wrapper and roll tightly.
Step 5
Once you have a few lumpia rolled, cut the lumpia in thirds.
Step 6
Heat frying oil to about 350-375 degrees and fry the lumpia in batches until golden brown. Let cool on a plater or platter lined with paper towels. Arrange nicely onto a platter and add some sweet and sour sauce for dipping. I like the Thai Sweet Chili sauce that you can find in any grocery story.
