Instructions

Step 1
Place dry quinoa in a med. saucepan over med-high heat. Stir continuously until very fragrant and makes continuous popping sounds, 5-7 min.
Step 2
Stir in stock and salt. Bring to a simmer then reduce heat to low, cover and simmer until quinoa is tender and liquid is absorbed, 18-22 min. Stir once halfway through.
Step 3
Remove from heat and rest, covered, for 10 min. Fluff with a fork and season to taste.
