1.) Blend Cauliflower, 2 Eggs, 1-1/2 Cups Cheese, and Garlic Powder, press in bottom of baking pan, and cook for 7 minutes at 350 degrees. 2.) Mix 1 can Diced Tomatoes, Spaghetti Squash, and Spices for the 2nd layer. 3.) Spread the remaining Mozerella Cheese on top, and Pepperoni Slices, and bake for 10-15 minutes more at 350 degrees.
