Step 1
cut and chop broccoli and cauliflower (or vegetables of your choice)
Step 2
add them to your pot and add around 400ml of water
Step 3
let the vegetables poil until they are near desired texture
Step 4
add the rice noodles, garlic powder, and vegetable stock cube and let boil until the noodles are cooked
Step 5
serve the soup into your desired dish, sprinkle chilli flakes on top and add chilli oil to your desired heat level
