Instructions

Step 1
Cut your bread into slices, then place your slices on a lined baking tray. Toast in the oven for about 5 mins (200C/390F).
Step 2
Cut your garlic clove in 2 and rub it on top of each toasted bread slice.
Step 3
In a pan over medium-low heat, add 3 tablespoon olive oil and your bread slices.
Step 4
Add your tomato passata, vegetable stock and let it simmer for about 15-20 mins, stirring occasionally.
Step 5
Season with salt, pepper and more extra virgin olive oil.
Step 6
Serve with some fresh basil leaves on top and some toasted bread. Buon appetito!
