Instructions

Step 1
Slice the red onion super thin (a mandoline works great if you have one, or slice by hand).
Step 2
Place in a bowl and mix with the rest of the ingredients.
Step 3
Let rest for 10 minutes to soften before serving! Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to a week.
