Instructions

Step 1
Finely sliced the red cabbage using peeler, mandolin slicer or a sharp knife.
Step 2
Add salt and lemon juice. Mix it well together with cabbage until colour changes, it will become soften and excess water releases.
Step 3
Add olive and balsamic vinegar & mix it well.
Step 4
Stuff the cabbage in clean and sterilised glass jars , pour the remaining liquid in a jar too. and leave in a refrigerator for 24 before serving. Or more redish colour leave for 2-3 days.
Step 5
You can enjoy the pickle upto 2-3 months in a refrigerator.
