Instructions

Step 1
1 Heat 1 tablespoon of the olive oil in a large saucepan (with a lid) over a medium heat. Add the popcorn kernels, cover the pan and turn up the heat to high. Cook for 2-3 minutes, shaking occasionally, until all the popcorn has popped.
Step 2
2 Put the popcorn into a sealable container and add the smoked paprika, the remaining olive oil and the salt. Seal and shake until the popcorn is evenly coated. It will keep for up to a week in an airtight container.
