We wondered how many of you will have left over food from family dinners,parties or celebrations so we came up with this zero waste way to use your mashed potatoes and turn them into something absolutely delicious!

Bring the oil to a high temerity to fry in your fritters.

Help yourself with some oil on you fingers to make the balls.

Fry til golden and serve warm with some powdered sugar
Step 6
Store in to an airtight container for up to 3/4 days
