Step 1
Thaw broccoli. Dice onion and mince garlic. Saute onion and garlic with butter in large pot. Peel and cut carrots into half rounds and add to pot. Dice red pepper and squash and add to pot. Cook until squash softens. Add chicken broth. Add cream cheese cut into small pieces. Stir until sauce is smooth and simmer. Add frozen tortellini. Let simmer for 5 minutes. Cut broccoli into smaller pieces. Add seasoning, parmesan, and broccoli and cook 3 to 5 minutes
