Instructions
Step 1
Cut off the ends of each bunch of bok choy and cut into 4 pieces. Wash well to get rid of any dirt
Step 2
Bring a large pot of water into a boil. Blanch the bok choy for until the white stems soften.
Step 3
Strain and rinse blanched bok choy in cold water and drain the excess water. Squeeze gently to remove additional excess water
Step 4
Add cracked black pepper, garlic, chopped onion, chopped spring onion, miso, gochujang, sugar( optional), sesame oil, and sesame seeds. Mix it well by hand
Step 5
Now enjoy your Miso Bok Choy Salad with rice or any dish you like to eat with. This can be a part of your bibimbap or bibim-noodles ingredients
