Step 1
In a pot boil water and some salt. In the meantime slice potatoes into fries. Once the water boils, place sliced potatoes in boiling water and boil for 4 mins. Drain water and place potatoes on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with paprika, garlic powder and celery salt. Lightly mix and spread potatoes on baking sheet into one layer. Place tray in freezer for at least 2 hours. In a heavy sauce pan or Dutch oven heat the oil to 300 degrees F. Divide fries into 4 batches and only take one batch out of the freezer at a time to avoid them from defrosting. Fry one batch at a time until golden brown. When ready, I like to place in a parchment lined bowl. Enjoy!
