Step 1
Add chicken to slow cooker. Add in all ingredients except the pasta. Stir together, and cook on low for 3 hours.

onion soup mix1 pack
can of cream of chicken soup1

chicken broth2 ½ cup
Step 2
After the 3 hours, shred the chicken and add it back into the slow cooker. Add in the uncooked pasta, along with 1 cup of chicken broth, 8oz of Parmesan cheese and 8oz Italian cheese. Reduce heat to low and cook for an hour.
