Step 1

Cook the bacon 1/2 to 3/4 of the way. Remove and de-grease on a paper towel.


Step 2

Cut each Jalapeño in half, Hot Dog style and carve out the inside of the Jalapeño. Sprinkle seeds on the Jalapeños. Typically, more seeds means more heat.


Step 3

Mix Cream Cheese and Shredded Cheddar Cheese. Typically, more Shredded Cheddar Cheese means a more Cheesy filling.


Step 4

Fill each popper with the filling.
Step 5

Top with half a slice of Bacon and Bake until filling browns.
