Instructions
Step 1
Butter the bottom and sides of a 9x13 baking dish or spray with nonstick spray. Set aside.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine the peanut butter, graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and powdered sugar. Make sure the ingredients are well incorporated; will resemble wet sand. Press the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Step 3
In a microwave safe bowl, add the peanut butter and chocolate chips and heat for 30 seconds, stirring, then microwaving for another 10-15 seconds. Stir until smooth.
Step 4
Pour the chocolate mixture over the peanut butter and spread evenly. Let it set in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
Step 5
Remove from the refrigerator and slice into small squares. If the bars are difficult to cut, allow to come to room temperature before slicing.
Step 6
Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
