Instructions
Step 1
Cook the sweet potates in 1/2 cup of water. Once done peel them and mash them
Step 2
Mix the sweet potato puree with the rest of ingredients
Step 3
Shape the pancakes and heat them in a pan over low heat until golden brown on both sides
