Step 1
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl - it should feel very thick - you WANT it thick keep mixing!
Step 2
Preheat your pan with frylite - you want it a high heat at the start - put 5 pancakes on the pan (smaller amounts as they puff up). Then turn the heat down a little and let cook on one side. Flip them and then turn them down to medium heat and let cook slowly and puff up.
Step 3
You can add any toppings
