Peel then Boil or steam potatoes until fork tender

Add cooked potatoes to a bowl then mash until smooth . Add salt and white pepper to taste then add garlic powder red pepper flakes scallions and cornstarch and mix until it forms a dough

Roll out the dough into a log then divide into six pieces . Flatten them into discs then add cubes of cheddar or mozzarella into the centre . Fold over the sides then seal the pancakes

Fry in a little oil on medium high heat until
Golden and crispy each side . Serve with sauce of choice and get dunkin. Enjoy
