Instructions
Step 1
• Bring an empty tray and add all the dry ingredients to it (oatmeal + powder + protein + baking powder) and mix
Step 2
• In a separate bowl, break the egg and mix until the yolk blends with the white
Step 3
• Add the egg to the mixture of dry ingredients and mix
Step 4
• Add water in the required quantity to the mixture and continue mixing to transform the mixture from a solid to a thick liquid
Step 5
• Heat a frying pan for two minutes over medium heat and spray it with non-stick spray
Step 6
• Pour the mixture into the frying pan and leave it until small bubbles begin to appear on the surface of the pancake
Step 7
• When bubbles appear, turn the pan to the opposite side and leave it on the pan for 1-2 minutes

• Remove the pancake from the pan, place it on a plate and enjoy
