Instructions
Step 1
Grate the cooked beets and raw onions using a beet grater. Add the semolina, egg, season with salt and pepper and let stand for about 10-15 minutes so that the semolina swells. Then mix again.






Step 2
Fry the pancakes in a heated pan over medium heat until nicely browned on both sides.


Step 3
It is very delicious to eat with cottage cheese mixed with a little sour cream.
