Instructions
Step 1
Chop chicken breasts into bite sized cubes and coat with seasonings.
Step 2
Bring a pan to medium-high heat, add chicken. Cook 2-3 mins each side. Once almost done cooking, add a splash of buffalo sauce and pickle juice to infuse some extra flavor.
Step 3
In a small bowl, mix together buffalo sauce and low calorie ranch.
Step 4
Split open your english muffins, and assemble pizzas. Add sauce on each bun, top with chopped pickles (optional), then layer on the chopped chicken thighs, and top with mozzarella
Step 5
Add to air fryer at 400 for 4-5 mins or until cheese has started lightly browning
Step 6
Remove, let set 5-10 mins, then enjoy!
