Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2
Beat eggs, add sugar until mixture is light and fluffy.
Step 3
Sift dry ingredients together, and add to above mixture.
Step 4
Add oil and vanilla.
Step 5
Fold in apples
Step 6
Turn into greased 13x9" pan.
Step 7
Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
Step 8
After pan has been removed from oven, sprinkle top lightly with confectioners' sugar while squares are still warm.
Step 9
Cool and cut into squares as desired.
