Instructions

Step 1
Pound the chicken until it's 1 inch thick
Step 2
Salt the chicken
Step 3
Coat the chciken with flour> egg> bread crumbs
Step 4
Shallow fry until golden ( 4 min each side)

On a pot, melt the butter; once melted add in the minced garlic.( sauté for 2 mins)

Add the heavy cream,pasta water and parmesan cheese
Step 7
simmer for 3 mins or until the sauce thickens. Plate the noodles + sauce + and chicken ) ENJOY!
