Instructions

Step 1
Peel cucumbers, potatoes, carrots
Step 2
Dice carrots and potatoes and slice cucumbers.
Step 3
Add 3 tablespoons olive oil into the pot and heat.
Step 4
Add to pot: carrots and cucumber. Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes
Step 5
Add the potatoes to the pot. Pour in 1L of water and boil.
Step 6
When the potatoes and carrots are soft, pour in the pickle juice. (You can add one or two pickled cucumbers cutted
Step 7
Add salt and try to see if the acidity and saltiness is ok.
Step 8
Add cream, but do it in reverse order - add the soup to the cream and then mix with the whole pot.
Step 9
Add the dill to the pot and serve
