Instructions
Step 1
Peel and slice the onions. Add the olive oil to the soup maker and heat for 1 min. add the onions and sauté for 5. Stir occasionally.
Step 2
Clean then chop the mushrooms discarding the stalks. Once the onions are done add to the soup maker along with the peeled whole garlic clove, the fresh thyme and the chicken stock.
To serve
Step 3
Serve with hot toast and chopped fresh parsley
