Instructions

Step 1
Cook lentils for 20 mins
Step 2
Fry onion, carrot and celery for 10 mins until softened
Step 3
Add mushrooms and garlic and cook until liquid gone
Step 4
Add oregano and lentils
Step 5
Add red wine and cook til evaporated
Step 6
Add tomatoes (tin and puree) and bring to simmer (covered) for 20 mins
Step 7
Cook uncovered for 5 mins
