Instructions

Step 1
Soak rava and dal in water for about 1 hour.
Step 2
Drain dal and grind to a fine paste using little water. Add this paste to to rice rava and mix well.
Step 3
Cover and keep the batter to ferment for 6-8 hours or overnight in a warm place.
Step 4
Add salt and bring the batter to pouring consistency, if very thick.
Step 5
Heat a non stick tawa and drizzle some oil over it. Wipe off the oil and pour a ladleful of batter over it.
Step 6
Spread the batter to form a thick circle and lower the heat.
Step 7
When the top becomes a bit dry, spread pizza sauce over it.
Step 8
Place corns, tomato, capsicum and olives over it.
Step 9
Sprinkle 2 tbsp of grated mozzarella cheese all over it and top with some more corns and olives.
Step 10
Top it up with more olives and corns.
Step 11
Sprinkle pizza seasoning and chilli flakes.
Step 12
Cover it and let it cook on low heat till the cheese melts.
Step 13
Uttapam pizza is ready to be devoured. Enjoy it.
