Instructions
Step 1
In a pan over medium heat add oil. Once hot add onion, garlic and ginger. Sauté for several minutes. Add spices, sauté for another minute.
Step 2
Add green chiles and tomato sauce. Cook for a few minutes then add chickpeas. Cover and cook for 15 minutes on low.
